Your screen shot looks like you have your mouse over the right hand side, which is why you have a light gray bar. If you move your mouse away from the box, it should disappear. If you just don't want to use OneDrive, the easiest solution is to unlink it. Try searching for 'windows 10 volume popup' on your favorite search engine. You won't lose files or data by unlinking OneDrive from your computer. Open OneDrive settings (select the OneDrive cloud icon in your notification area, and then select the OneDrive Help and Settings icon then Settings.) Click OK to close the box and return to settings.
